24 Carrot Gold Dressing



This vibrant and creamy dressing gets its golden hue from fresh carrots and turmeric. It's perfect for drizzling over salads, buddha bowls, or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Grate the carrots and put them in a blender or food processor

Add the tahini, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and salt

Adding water as needed to get the right consistency, blend until smooth and creamy

Check the seasoning and make changes if needed

Put it in a jar or other container and put it in the fridge until you're ready to use it
