Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes

- 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
- 2 cups beef broth

Instructions:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey until browned
